Biodiverse Environmental was contracted by Enegen Field Solutions to undertake a baseline weed survey near a CSG pipeline in regional Qld. The weed survey included targeting for the highly invasive Parthenium weed (Parthenium hysterophorus).
The work consisted of a weed survey of the entire site and a written report submitted to the principal contractor, detailing the results of the survey. The survey was to be conducted before any civil works could occur on-site.
Biodiverse Environmental then provided the client with a weed management plan to guide the construction works and rehabilitation. The weed management plan consisted of recommendations for the principal client to review, along with recommendations for the management of any identified declared weeds mentioned in the report.
