How to order our products
For orders within Australia, please allow 5-10 working days.
If you live in a regional or remote area, or overseas, delivery times may be longer. If you require an estimated delivery time for a specific order, please contact us.
If there are any delays in supply of your order we will contact you.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if your item has a major problem such as damage on arrival or if it’s significantly different to what you ordered.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged on arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us within seven days to report the problem. We will organise repair of the item or cover the cost of return and replacement.
If we are unable to supply all or part of your order for any reason, we will contact you to organise either supply of an alternative product of equal value, or a full refund for items not supplied.
